The GreenScale Zambia BootCamp – Lusaka Cohort is a four-day intensive learning experience designed to empower startups, MSMEs, and growing enterprises with the knowledge, tools, and networks needed to succeed in the circular economy.

Taking place from 20th to 23rd July 2026, the BootCamp will be delivered through a hybrid format, allowing participants to attend both in person and online. This flexible approach ensures greater accessibility while providing opportunities for interactive learning, networking, and collaboration.

Throughout the BootCamp, participants will engage with industry experts, experienced entrepreneurs, and business advisors as they explore practical approaches to building resilient and sustainable businesses. Sessions will cover key areas including circular economy fundamentals, business model innovation, leadership, financial planning, market access, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) integration, and investment readiness.

The programme is designed to help entrepreneurs identify new growth opportunities, strengthen their business models, and apply circular economy principles that improve resource efficiency, reduce waste, and create long-term value.

Participants will also benefit from interactive workshops, real-world case studies, group discussions, practical exercises, and one-on-one mentoring designed to transform ideas into scalable business solutions.
