This final module brings together the knowledge and practical skills gained throughout the GreenScale Zambia BootCamp, enabling participants to measure their impact, monitor business performance, and develop a clear roadmap for continued growth.

Participants will learn how to identify and track key Circular Economy (CE) performance indicators that demonstrate business, environmental, and social impact while meeting GreenScale Zambia reporting requirements. They will design a practical Circular Economy Dashboard to monitor progress, complete a CE Opportunity Canvas that consolidates their business strategy and circular business model, and explore the continuous improvement cycle to ensure ongoing learning and business development.

The session concludes by connecting each participant with a Business Development Support Provider (BDSP) mentor, where they will agree on their first post-BootCamp action plan and implementation timeline, ensuring a smooth transition from learning to real-world application.
